Lynn Frances has worked as a technical writer, trainer and online teacher since 2000. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Education degree with a Concentration in Online Teaching and Learning from Cal State University, East Bay. In addition to teaching the Introduction to the EDRM course, Lynn leads her company, eDiscovery Writer, which provides technical communication services to electronic discovery vendors throughout the United States. She is also a member of the eDiscovery certification development team and the course development team for the Organization of Legal Professionals. Ms. Frances lives in Ojai, California with her husband and three children.
